Qualifications

of presentation materials


Primary Function

·Provide administrative support to the
team of Engineering Center Steyr, China Representative Office

·Ensures accurate, professional and timely
deliverables of administrative assignments

·Be guided by the Organizational Values
and Value-Based Behaviours.

Duties and
Responsibilities

1.Provide
administrative support to the Managers, team members and others, as designated,
including but not limited to the following:

    1. Provide administration support for reports of sales,
           marketing, projects.

    2. Coordinate travel
           arrangements (includes visa, ticket, etc.)

    3. Prepare expense
           reports

    4. Create and update
           organizational charts

    5. Filing, copying and
           other routine administrative tasks;

    6. Properly maintain files.

    7. Provide secretarial
           and administrative support (ie. fa****ng, photocopying, mail sorting);

    8. Prepare memos,
           letters, presentations, spreadsheets, etc. using MS Office (Word,
          &nbspowerPoint, Excel);

    9. Schedule meetings,
           coordinate and assemble relevant meeting materials and prepare agendas as
           required

    10. Assist with the
           preparation and proofreading of quarterly and year-end reports and
           presentations.

    11. Assist with
           employee’s billable / non-billable hours time tracking & with some HR
           aspects management.

2.Track
and support to push customer payments

    1. Assist customers and
           program manager in tracking invoices and due payments

    2. Keep tracking list of
           all due and overdue payments for ECS China business

    3. be in regular contact
           with ECS finance to update and assist on payments and invoices

3.From
time to time, work on special assignments as specified by Manager,

4.If
necessary, travel on behalf of sales or project managers

5.Exhibit
discretion and treat with confidentiality sensitive information, whether it is
spoken or written.

6.Provide
and assist management and employees in maintaining effective communication.

7.Assist
with coordination of special events such as travel arrangements, visas etc. for
visitors

8.Work
independently, planning and scheduling work to achieve assigned task in
allotted time.

9.Perform
other duties as requested by the Global Engineering Manager or his designee.

10.Maybe
required to work overtime from time to time to support specific meetings or
complete assigned tasks.


Organizational
Relationship

Reports
to the Sales Director (ECS China) and is accountable to him/her for the
effective discharge of his/her responsibilities.
