Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

1.Responsible for the recruitment work
of the company;

负责公司招聘工作；

2.Maintain and expand the recruitment
channels to meet the company39;s recruitment needs.

维护和拓展招聘渠道，以满足公司招聘需要；

3. Recruit according to the recruitment
process, including JD writing, posting job opening, reviewing CVs, conducting
phone and in-person interviews. Keep close communication with dept manager to
timely adjust the recruitment requirement.

依照招聘流程进行招聘，包括JD撰写，职位发布，简历筛选，进行电话和现场面试。与部门经理保持密切沟通，及时调整招聘要求。

4.Verify the certificates and documents
provided by candidates and carry out background investigation before sending
out offer letter.

审核候选人提供的证书和文件，在发出录取通知书前进行背景调查；

6.Maintain and expand the candidate
pool, talent pool of the company.

维护和扩展公司候选人库、人才库。

7.Organize/coordinate company related
employee events and activities.

组织/协调公司相关的员工活动。

8.Undertake other tasks assigned by
superior.

承担上级交办的其他工作。

Requirements 任职要求

1.Bachelor degree or above.

本科或以上学历。

2.Minimum 1 years’ HR experience in
staffing field, familiar with Industry& trade industry are preferred.

至少1年人力资源工作经验，熟悉工业、贸易行业者优先。

3.Computer skills including Word, Excel
and Powerpoint, experience with online and offline recruiting techniques.

熟练使用Word, Excel和Powerpoint等计算机软件，熟悉线上和线下招聘技术。

4.Good English in both reading and
writing skills

良好的英文读写能力。

5.Good communication and interpersonal
skills, time management skills.

良好的沟通和人际交往能力，时间管理能力。

6. Passionate, aggresive, reliable,
self-motivated, willing to work under pressure.

热情，进取，可靠，自我激励，愿意在压力下工作。

7.Process the highest standard of
integrity and confidentiality.

遵循诚信和保密标准。

8.Open to take other work when needed.
